In the three centuries of the modern Navy, their salaries have gone through countless vicissitudes, which have left their traces in different uniforms who dressed. Bodies and jobs that come and go, new trends in civil fashion, external influences and adaptation to new tasks have motivated the sailors of many uniform appearance throughout this time. In this work the evolution of the uniform is addressed since 1700, although it really considered to be the year 1717, when the Navy was created as currently conceived, until 2000.
